What are your business hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm except bank holidays.
Where is your main office?

We are based in Harlow, Essex. We are known in Essex, Hertfordshire & London but also service the UK and have even travelled via aeroplane to fulfl a brief.
Do you offer a credit facility

We like to get to know you first but after your first order is paid in advance we are happy to supply a form for a 30 day account (subject to relevant credit checks).
Can I get a full refund?

Ours services and solutions are personalised, custom-made and bespoke to customer requirement and so refunds are not possible faulty.

What is the lead time for my order

Each lead time is given on quotation as is quiet bespoke toythe order being placed. If you do have a deadline then we are happy to see if this can be met and if this would incur a premium.
